Perched on a sea-view cliff on the Amalfi Coast, Caruso, A Belmond Hotel, Amalfi Coast is set in a renovated building of the 11th century.     Enjoy the newer cathedral that was built next to the older basilica. 62 steps, wide and steep, will lead you up to the doors. The front facade was rebuilt in 1891 after the original one collapsed.
